1 | package | (16 ounces) sauerkraut, drained | |

1/2 | cup | Thousand Island dressing | |

8 | bratwurst buns or sub rolls, split and grilled or toasted | ||
|
Place bratwurst on medium heated grill and cook 6 to 8 minutes or until thoroughly heated, turning frequently.
Meanwhile, combine sauerkraut and salad dressing in a medium bowl.
Place buns, cut side down on grill during last 30 to 60 seconds of cooking time. Place brats in buns and top each with about 1/4 cup sauerkraut mixture.
