1 | small onion, finely chopped | ||

9 | ounces | boneless, skinless chicken breasts, fully cooked | |

1-1/2 | cups | green grapes, seedless and halved | |
|
|||
3/4 | cup | celery, chopped | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | almonds, sliced | |
|
|||
10 | pita bread, halved | ||
|
In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, soy sauce, lemon juice, curry powder and onion. Stir in chicken, grapes and celery; refrigerate.
Just before serving, add almonds. Stuff about 1/4 cup into each pita half.
